Moen - "Buy it for looks, buy it for life" - not so much!
I purchased two Moen faucets for two sinks in my kitchen. Within two years, I noticed a pile of corroded metal in the bottom of the cabinet.
The bottom of the faucet was disintegrating from corrosion. I sent it back to Moen, they sent a replacement, which didn't quite match the other faucet. Shortly thereafter, the other faucet suffered the same fate. This time Moen sent a replacement that was different from the first replacement.
It also hadn't been painted (white) completely, with the dark-colored metal showing through. I sent Moen pictures of it, but got no response.
Now the second replacement won't turn and is leaking.
Since I can't find my original receipt, Moen is unwilling to honor their "lifetime" warranty, even though it is obviously a Moen product . Could this be Moen's way of sidestepping that "lifetime" warranty, knowing that most people are not going to keep a receipt for a kitchen faucet forever?
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $350.
Preferred solution: Honor Warranty.

I have suffered the same fate. I have had mine for about 4 months and started leaking from under the neck.
Feeling strongly about my purchase, I didn't keep track of my receipt. Never expected this to happen.
